Real Estate Development Associate- full time
This role will provide critical analytic and project execution support to enable our development team to augment its pipeline and execute its portfolio of existing projects. You will thrive in this role if you can break down a complex decision into a recommendation supported by clear logic and analysis, while throwing a joke or two into your delivery. You must care about the everyday quality of your work as much as the impact you have on communities we serve. Organizational and writing skills a must. You will be modeling transactions, conducting independent research, managing discrete projects that contribute to the whole, and helping establish and execute development strategies. You may already have, or will learn quickly, the basics of real estate transactions and closings, including legal document review, financial closings, and the settlement processes. Computer skills of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word also required. We can support the right candidate with training, and hope to find someone who can contribute to the team in a number of ways as we grow!
Associate Construction Project Manager- full time
We are looking for an associate Construction Project Manager to support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be able to discuss and refine plans with our predevelopment team, work collaboratively with the project management and field team, and represent the company as an owner’s representative to manage out-sourced construction activities, depending on the project. You must be well organized and understand construction scheduling, budgeting, and owner or project requirements. Further, you must care about delivering the highest quality products while maintaining a maniacal focus on affordability, so that we can maximize our positive impact on the communities we serve.
Construction Superintendent- full time
We are looking for a Construction Field Superintendent to lead the on- site construction team and oversee all work and activities that are related to construction projects in the field. The role is critical to the execution of construction, and works closely with the project management and ownership team to oversee all field-based scopes of an assigned project are executed flawlessly; and assists in pre-construction to post-construction to meet the goals set by the project schedule, within budget, and quality, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and an orderly site. This position's includes projects located in Eastern and Central Nebraska, and will require travel between project sites.
