In Beatrice, Nebraska, Hoppe transformed the former Stoddard Elementary School into 25 high-quality, affordable apartment homes for adults ages 55 and older. Throughout the redevelopment, Hoppe kept meaningful elements of the original school, including exposed brick interiors and a wall of classroom clocks.
