Prospect Ridge Apartments Ribbon Cutting

Hoppe Development is pleased to announce the completion of our Prospect Ridge apartment complex in West Point, Nebraska. Last Friday, we joined local officials and project partners for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 960 Prospect Road to officially open this innovative housing development.

The project features 22 apartments offering both affordable and market-rate units in a thoughtfully renovated former nursing home facility that had closed in 2019. This adaptive reuse development addresses critical housing needs in the West Point community while giving new purpose to an existing structure.

The successful completion of Prospect Ridge was made possible through collaborative partnerships with the City of West Point, Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Midwest Housing Equity Group, and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority. We're proud to contribute to West Point's housing options and community revitalization.
